Basic:
WWE All Stars is a Wrestling Fighting game created by THQ San Diego and Publish by THQ for the Consoles of PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP and PS2 it was release on March 29, 2011.
Ratings:
The game did good in the ratings a 7 for a wrestling video game is good. IGN gave All Stars a 7/10 am not really a fan of IGN, but they cannot be ignored. Gamespot also gave All Stars a 7 which is good according to them.
Story:
---Path Of Champions: There a 3 "Paths" for you to complete and those are Vs Undertaker, Vs Orton and Vs Triple & Shawn Michaels. the good thing that i like about the paths is that you can chose what ever superstar you want no matter if Legend of Superstar or Created Superstar.
---Fantasy Warfare: lets you do matches that will never happen like John cena vs Hulk Hogan or Ultimate Warrior vs Sheamus you have a total of 15 matches to complete and you get to unlock the superstars and legends that are lock in the game.
Gameplay:
Over the Top Rope is what this game is all about hitting the RKO from anywhere possible or maybe hitting the Spear to an airborne Rey Mysterio. This game play alot different from the Smackdown vs Raw series that any Wrestling fan knows and plays. Everyone in the game looks like they have been taking steroids and all of the moves are extreme.
---Classes: you have 4 different types of Wrestlers in this game, Grapplers, Brawlers, Acrobats and Big Man. Grapplers have the ability to chain moves together, Brawlers have the super punches that do alot of damage, Acrobats are the flying airplanes they can do any kind of jumps and do high flying moves like never seen before, Big Man are slow but very powerful.
Graphics:
They stages and wrestlers look good is not like the Smackdown vs Raw series where the Graphics are everything this game focuses more into the gameplay. the audience in this game is horrible Hahaha everyone looks like shadows, but like i mention before is not about the graphics is about the gameplay.
Multiplayer and DLC
---Multiplayer: I was not expecting to play the Online of this game, since i never really play in SvR2011, but the Online on this game came ut being really fun to play with friends. You have a simple Online that gets to the point and nothing more just chose the match type choose your superstar or created superstar and invite your friend and hit the ring.
---DLC: So far we only have about 10 superstars to be release as DLC and as of right now we only got Ted Dibiase Sr and Jr, Cody Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes and Honky Tonk Man. Looking forward to the rest of the releases.
Overall
The game is unique you can have 3 friends over and just go crazy with the game match after match just having fun. Roster is great, match Types are great and the Multiplayer is awesome. If you have not gotten the chance to get your hands on this game i really recommend this to any Old School or New School Wrestling Fan.

What classic WWF/WWE wrestling games are worth playing now? Quite a few, actually.
WCW/NWO World Tour and Wrestlemania 2000 were peak wrestling games. Back when wrestling was at the top of pop culture, everyone in school would watch. The gameplay is phenomenal and create your own characters opened up the door to WCW vs WWF. What a time!

The best wrestling games range from all-time classics on the N64 all the way up to some surprising new hitters you should check out.
I was always partial to the arcade wrestling games like Saturday night slam masters, wwf superstars, wrestlefest, wrestlemania, wrestle war and then a NES classic... pro wrestling. By the time the N64 era of wrestling games happened, I wasnt into wrestling much anymore (tv & games).
Virtual Pro Wrestling 1 & 2 > Most games on that list.
Also, WCW/NWO Revenge should be #2 minimum.
WWE 2k13 thanks to the WWE Attitude Mode. Followed by WWE Attitude and ECW Hardcore Evolution.
also: ECW! ECW! ECW!

Ratings aren't everything! Sometimes some of the best games were the biggest flops. Wondering which ones deserved more love? These ten were better than people thought.
"its pretty good" is usually why its yellow on metacritic. yellow isnt a bad average but when comparing to competition, it would be wrong for these games to have a much higher average unless it was deserved. but then again it is all opinion. some of these games have a cult following and high user reviews.
There's no way in hell I would ever have Resident Evil 6 and Marvel Vs Capcom Infinte in a list of underappreciated games!
Both are the absolute low point of their respective series.
good review, havent played online yet because of psn but i do agree with the small roster. they could have added another whole row of classics and wrestlers now. good game tho
You smell what the rock is cooking?
