Another one of the many new game concepts that the DS is the home of, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney places you as a 24-year old Rookie Defense attorney known as, hmmmmmm, let's see here....Oh yeah! Phoenix Wright! This was actually a GBA launch title in Japan 7 years ago, and while it's a little late to the US, or the DS, it came here and it's very, very good.
Gameplay
As I stated earlier, you take on the role of Phoenix Wright, a rookie Defense Lawyer. But this isn't some lame, 3-month long trial that makes you want to beat yourself to death with a shovel when it's done. Instead, you get a fast-paced, cartoon-style trial where tempers flare in the courtroom as you try to prove the defendant's innocence and expose the guilty party in 5 cases (1 of which is exclusive to the DS version, and puts the touch-screen to good use). You will have to listen to witnesses' testimonies and shove the evidence in their faces to expose the truth. In addition to the work in the courtroom, you must work outside of the courtroom as a detective to find anything that the prosecutor and police missed. The storyline is masterfully done, by the way, and it will keep you hooked to the bitter end. Also, while the game is great, it's text interfaced, so RPG and Fighting game junkies might not like it. A few complaints are that the game is only 1-player, and the touch-screen isn't put to good use at all (except for the 5th case) The 4th case is particularly difficult, awesome and sends the storyline flying high (in a good way), but you'll have to find that out for yourself:)
Graphics/Sound
The 2 bitter weak points of the game are, without a doubt, graphics and sound. Since this is a GBA port, and a GBA LAUNCH GAME port at that, the graphics and sound don't measure up as well as they should. The game is completely 2D, and the music, while compelling, is a little 8/16 bitish for me.
Phoenix Wright's first run on the DS is great. Everything from the concept to the storyline is magnificent. But a more updated look would've enhanced the experience.
Sorry if you were expecting Bionic Commando.
Actions speak louder than words. Show me a new Mega Man game that isn't a collection of games I played yesteryear. If they can churn out some kind of RE game every other year they can make a new Mega Man entry. It's not like it's known for its deep stories.
I can see DMC, but the others just weren't built for that without some major adjustments on how they're played.
If they make the right choices and right kinds of games, the Mega-Man IP could potentially be made into an animated film or streaming series like the success of Mario and Sonic. Surely that thought may have crossed their minds? Or am I being silly? I mean there is a lot more water to go under the bridge for them to even start considering that. But I used to be a big mega-man fan back in the day. I'd love to see it happen.
It’s being done on purpose just to destroy inafune . It’s some pride stuff on the inside .
Just like the guys said . I’ll believe it when I see it . Even the shareholders are asking questions regarding Megaman . I don’t want to sound ludacris but I have a strong conviction that the heads at Capcom are purposely holding the Megaman IP down because of their grudge and spite towards inafune on some deeper Japanese honour code stuff . It’s deeper than we think . You can tell something isn’t right .
Well i hope DMC is being worked on. Either a remake of 1 or 6 will do.
And bring back Megaman X. Either regular, command mission or make it a Metroidvania since silksong is so popular.

Clannad is pretty good I enjoyed the anime, Nekopara is also a good visual novel I enjoyed the games and anime. I also enjoyed Re:Zero Prophecy of the Throne the anime is also great had to get a Rem fix some how after she started to turn into Sleeping Beauty in Season 2.
Best ones I've played are Island, World End Syndrome, If My Heart Had Wings, Aokana: Four Rhythms Across the Blue and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus. I own the visual novels and anime series for Steins;Gate, Clannad, Little Busters and Re:Zero. Check out my suggestions for some amazing experiences.
I don't invest a lot of time into visual novels like you do I don't have a lot of time for gaming right now been super busy at work. I just stick to my four Nekopara, Re:Zero, Clannad and World End Syndrome lol.
