Final Fantasy XV once meant to be Versus XIII however is finally here wether its 10 years waiting or 4 years of true development the game arrived and leaked one week ago and it is awesome.
I assure u my friends the game is some of the most unique and huge contents i found myself and for first time spent 80+ hours is this.
About the story which is what make FF so unique, 15 main games is 15 totally new and different story of course there is some similarties(cid, chocobo, crystal) but it doesnt impact the story and not relate its, so u dont need to play previous FF
Prince Noctis with his friends Gladius the strong hunter , Ignis the supportive and intilegince buddy and Pompto the funny one, are the ones are making their way to bring the ultimate peace by keeping the last Crystal on earth(EoS) and being prepared for Noctis wedding and that is an order from The King In other hand, there is Tenebrae which is represent an unstable imperial which Luna belong to she is trying so hard to make the wedding is succesful to help everybody and keep them safe. Moreover, as simple as it sound the story is full of schocking moments and that is the fin part. Even If u saw The movie u will totally suprise and i think it fair to mention that movie things doesn't appear at all in the game except just one small scene so watch it. However, even if u just covered up all FFXV stuff(game, movie, anime) it will never be enough to fully understand the concept. However, characters in this game is so amazing it just feel that they are real people even in sidequests.
Gameplay:
The best action RPG system and so smooth, so strong its like combining Kingdom Hearts, Level 5 (rouge galaxy Dark cloud series) and The witcher and put it in one System the player of course play just as Noctis which he able to put up 4 weapons (huge swords, daggers, lances, pistol, etc) each of the swords delivers unique styles and unique paces.plus ur friends which almost always with u and they r helpful supportive (Gladius is the huge sword handler, Ignes is fast double daggers user and Prompto the shooter) + huge powerful summons like never, the Summon in XV isnt simple but basicly summons appear as L2 but in some situations not just by losing all HP and that is the flaw of the system because it not clear and u must understand it by urself without explanation. Moreover, minigames is alive!!! and really fun discover it by urselves. Sidequests is super massive and it is so clear Square Enix learnt from XIV. But wait a minute what about magics? It super fun when u cimpound the good stuff and its super effective and glorious screen effects that makes everyfight is just and piece of art althougth it limited for just 3 magics fire, ice and lightning. The game offers three main ways to transport : walking, Ragilia(car) and chocobo. However, there is no new game+ instead offering post game which allow u to do everything which just ok.
Graphics and Sounds
Come on guys it is Final Fantasy dont expect nothing less than one of the best looking games lot of enviromentals views most of them are reachable. Yet, very few parts of the game strangly looks as early previous gen teaxture, it not too common on screen but still strange. In additiin, models of huge monsters is no different from small creatures and some of them even better.
Photos which is mainly took by Prompto is give huge boost to graphics and some of it it just looked as CG and it meant to be part of ur experience and they achieved that
Soundtracks
XV simply is the most perfects and everything set up as is supposed to be and it offers absolute attachments to the moments.

Whether u are waited 10 years or 10 minutes,

Final Fantasy XV balanced the reality and fantasy and offer experience that i doubtly anyone will forget I mean at this stage it is mega Phonex Down ;p, for the series after the flaws of previous instalments. Of course its not perfect but its new experience if u dont focus on negatives.

Not necessarily a ‘horror’ moment, but I remember feeling really tense and anxious when the Flood were first introduced in the original Halo. I never felt more on edge or nervous in that whole game as that moment. I think it was the whole buildup that something terrible was coming but you didn’t know exactly what.
Another non-horror game that had me feeling it was Subnautica. The deep dark depths, and knowing that sea monsters were lurking nearby, had me jumping at every sound.
I remember being scared of the Asylum level in the most recent Thief game from 2014.
A new datamine of game files from Final Fantasy XV has revealed a cut scene from Chapter 14 that didn't make it into the final release.
always liked 15, but the development was shch a shitshow. it could have been so much more.

Ff15 was a missed opportunity from square as they transitioned from turn based to real time.
One of the issues is that it was 30 fps. The combat mechanics required precision dodges to activate Noctis teleport ability and it was difficult to do at 30 fps. I am glad they rectified that in FF16. The story and flow also felt like it went through a chopshop similar to how some live service games end up when they are trying to meet a deadline. Those extra episodes they sold as dlc should have been in the maingame.
FF15 is one of the weaker entries in the series.
Dodges don't activate the teleport ability. Teleport was R1 + O. Dodge was just the O button. Explain the Black Hood (the item that automatically Dodges for you)
Ah yes; FF XV.
The beginning of me coming to the realization the series was no longer for me.
16 was a lot better, I think 15 was just a big mess with how development went and all. The music though, one of the best in the series, probably the only reason I finished the game.
At least FF15 had RPG elements . 16 was just an action game from beginning to end.
Then call it something else then FF. I got scammed with FF16. Nothing of what i expected it to be.
Even the action is bad in it, especially after the demo section where absolutely nothing happens until the very end.
FF15 isnt a great game but it has some variety at least.
That initial trailer with the Leviathan fight was the game I wish we got. The actual retail release was watchdogged to all Hell and while there’s enjoyment to be had in the game, it’s such an incomplete product and so many elements feel so slapped together without any cohesion.
Like, don’t get me wrong, I loved fishing, cooking, and the first third of the game, but I much rather they made a story that didn’t feel barely there and the the last third of the game didn’t feel so rushed and unfinished.
Every time a party member left for a period of time screamed future paid dlc. It was horrible.
Imagine Dagger and Steiner making the party go to sleep in Lindblum in FF9 disc 1 and then taking off to Alexandria by foot themselves, but then never playing their side of the adventure in disc 2 when they smuggle her through the South Gate in pickles, take the cable car and fight the Waltz, head to Treno and start the quest to find Supersoft. They just eventually reunite with the main party in the future without explanation of what went on in their adventure.
Or Sephiroth's backstory in the famous Kalm flashback being added as a dlc pack. Same goes for Vincent, Cid, or Yuffie for that matter.
Oh and anything to do with Jenova, the Ancients, Aerith, her mom and Gast, shoved into a 2 hour CG movie or 5 hour anime ministries that's considered required viewing for anything in the main game to make sense or have characters actually be interesting.
I enjoyed FF15 at the time, and finished it, but it's bright spots are marred by a bad development cycle and a worse marketing scheme.
What’s sad is when I watched a vid on the entire story (that wasn’t properly told in the actual game)!it was really solid and could’ve been one of the most epic stories in any FF. I think a lot of the compilation and cross-media stuff really f*cked it all up.
FFXV was underrated in my opinion
I have played all of the final fantasy games, and I loved this game
turn based to me takes too long, I like active battle
the extra dlc and chapters should have been included in the original release, but it is nice that they fixed the game later

I don't recall Sony forcing you to subscribe like nobody forced you to go to Blockbuster to rent games instead of buying them.
Pay-per-view was almost cheaper than the cost of gas and rental fee from Blockbuster. Blockbuster doesn’t exist today. Are you being sarcastic?
If you reverse upside down that 9 from your score you might be slightly close to what this game deserve to get (imo lower), as it is atm can't take you seriously, only a clueless person or a non-FF fan could put so high score on a so bad FF, because you know more than anything else this game suppose to be an FF & you must rate it based on how good is as a main FF game, if you remove the title & put something else on it for example "Gay trip around the country" then you could put whatever you want & it wouldn't matter, but as a main FF title the game is beyond horrible, atrocious & an utter failure & one of the biggest disappointments in video game history ever, & if you think that it took SE 10 years in order to create this garbage then it makes you to want to facepalm even harder...
